We are pleased to partner with a purpose‑led UK organisation to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner on an initial fixed‑term contract. This is a high‑impact role working directly with senior leaders to shape people strategy, drive organisational change and strengthen culture during a period of transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Executive and senior leaders, providing trusted, strategic HR advice

Translate business priorities into people strategies that support transformation

Lead on organisational design, workforce planning, change programmes and complex ER matters

Deliver initiatives across talent, resourcing, reward, performance, engagement and culture

Maintain strong employment law knowledge and contribute to modern, inclusive policy development
