A well-established global manufacturer  is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead a significant organisational restructure project. This is a hands-on, autonomous contract role for someone who thrives in complex, sensitive environments and can hit the ground running.  The business is a reputable organisation operating across both corporate and manufacturing environments. The role will work closely with senior leadership locally and offshore. 
 
About the role
This is a project-based position focused on the design and delivery of an organisational restructure. You will manage the end-to-end process with a high degree of independence, working across multiple functions and engaging with legal, finance and operations stakeholders.
