We partner with clients across multiple sectors to deliver practical, legally grounded people solutions - spanning HR advisory, industrial relations, organisational development, remuneration benchmarking, employment equity, skills development, and people analytics. Our work is hands-on, client-centred, and grounded in South African statutory and professional frameworks.
We're looking for a junior consultant with a solid grounding in HR or I/O Psychology who wants to develop in a consulting environment. You'll work directly with clients and alongside our senior consultants across a varied portfolio of work. The role suits someone proactive, adaptable, and comfortable operating with a degree of independence.
