Job Title: HR Call Center Representative
Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid days onsite, days remote)

Position Overview:


Corner Resources is seeking multiple customer-focused HR Call Center Representative to join one of our clients in the Orlando, FL area. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable HR experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal/external HR inquiries via phone and email.
  • Manage and resolve employee issues with a focus on first-call resolution.
  • Handle high volumes of inquiries while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor.
  • Log interactions and maintain accurate case records in internal systems.
