+ Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and employee records

+ Maintain accurate and compliant employee files within HR systems

+ Assist with HR documentation, audits, and data entry across multiple systems

+ Coordinate interviews and support recruiting efforts (scheduling, communication, job postings)

+ Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related support
