Responsibilities

• Anticipate and plan for long-term HR needs and trends.
• Lead Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee‑oriented, high‑performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity, and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
• Initiate recommended actions and approaches related to HR issues to HR Mexico for broader consideration and policy formulation.
• Ensure HR operation operates in accordance with Mexico's Law employment requirements (LFT).
• Ensure HR operation operates in accordance with Local union requirements.
• Lead Union Negotiations (CCT).
• Lead HR programs and policies through partnering with expertise areas’ leaders while managing tactical implementation through HR managers.
