Job Description
We are supporting a leading investment institution in Abu Dhabi in the search for an experienced HR Enablement Manager to lead HR systems, data, and digital enablement initiatives.
This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for driving HR digital transformation, process automation, ERP optimisation, and AI-enabled capabilities to enhance HR operations and empower business leaders with high-quality people data and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the HR systems and digital roadmap aligned with organisational strategy.
- Lead implementation and optimisation of HR ERP platforms (including Oracle Fusion) across Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Learning, and Recruitment.
