Our client in the Agricultural sector is looking for HR Executive to join their team in Grobersdal

Minimum requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Sound knowledge of local labour laws and regulations

Experience in organisational development, change management, and payroll administration

Strong interpersonal, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
