• Manpower Planning & Store Support : Plan and allocate manpower across outlets to support daily operations and business expansion.
• Recruitment & Staffing (Retail Focus) : Handle end-to-end hiring for outlets and HQ, ensuring timely staffing for store operations.
• Onboarding & Training : Conduct onboarding for new hires and coordinate training programs to ensure operational readiness.
