Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, conversions, re-employment, and offboarding activities
- Coordinate recruitment administration, including interview scheduling, employee screening, offer preparation, and onboarding documentation
- Conduct post-employment screening follow-ups and highlight findings to relevant stakeholders where necessary
- Administer work pass applications, renewals, and related employment matters
- Support regulatory and employee-related notification processes where applicable
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates within HR systems
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of employee documentation in accordance with company policies
