HR Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily HR operations, managing the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. You will handle essential administrative duties, ensure regulatory compliance with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), and foster a supportive environment for our team members and interns.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Intern Management

• Coordinate the full recruitment cycle, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for interns, managing their recruitment, onboarding, progress tracking, and final evaluation.
