HR Executive Salary :
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Oversee full cycle of recruitment process
- Handle onboarding and offboarding activities
- Processing of monthly payroll and overtime payments
- Submission of claims (NS makeup pay, GPL, FWL waiver, and other government grants)
- Annual filing of income tax
- File exit clearance (IR21)
- Weekly manpower update
- Maintain HRIS and proper P-files
- Work pass administration (WPOL & EPOL)
- Identify and administrate training needs & enrolments
- Liaise with advertising agencies on the publishing of recruitment advertisements.
- Co‑ordinate training programs and absentee payroll claims.
- Validate, record and process claims like dental, hospitalization, medical, workmen compensation, etc.
