HR Functional Lead – Workday & Field Missions

Geneva Com is looking for a HR Functional Referent to support Workday integration within MSF OCG. This full-time role involves gathering functional requirements, supporting data mapping, and managing change processes.

The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and fluency in both English and French. Experience with MSF and similar projects is preferred. The position offers a gross monthly salary from CHF 7,870 to CHF 9,029 and 25 paid vacation days.
