Description We are looking for an HR Generalist to join a manufacturing organization in Coconut Creek, Florida on a contract basis with the potential to become permanent. This role supports core human resources operations while helping strengthen employee engagement, talent processes, and day-to-day people programs. The ideal candidate brings a balanced background in payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, and HR coordination, along with the ability to collaborate across a broader HR team in a fast-paced environment.
