HR Generalist Healthcare

We are partnering with a well-established and growing healthcare provider in Abu Dhabi to identify an experienced HR Generalist who will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations and supporting a dynamic clinical and non-clinical workforce.

Thisrole requires someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortableworking in a fast-paced healthcare environment, closely engaging withdoctors and medical staff.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Administration

• Manage day-to-day HR activities including onboarding, documentation, employee records, and HR systems
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and healthcare-specific regulations
• Handle employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to exit formalities
