Essential Duties and responsibilities
Manage disability claims, attendance, and accommodation processes, partnering with EHS and HR to support safe and timely return-to-work outcomes.Support recruitment, onboarding, orientations, probation reviews, and internal job posting and bidding processes in line with the collective agreement.Provide day-to-day HR guidance to employees and supervisors on performance, compliance, benefits, and collective agreement matters.Maintain accurate HRIS records for employee changes and validate time and attendance data for payroll processing.Coordinate training, employee communications, recognition programs, social initiatives, and workplace events to support engagement.Participate in disciplinary processes, including investigations, documentation, union meetings, and coaching for people leaders.Assist with collective bargaining preparation, data analysis...
