HR Generalist

Description We are looking for an HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. This position plays an important role in maintaining accurate employee records, supporting compliance-related activities, and helping leaders manage workforce processes effectively across multiple locations. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work closely with plant leadership and employees in a multi-shift environment.
