HR Generalist

Ametek Nuevo Laredo is searching for a Human Resources Professional to fill an important role within the organization. This position is a Shared Services resource that supports all Divisions & BU's located in the facility. The ideal candidate will be an HR Generalist with a strong focus on recruiting and labor relations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead/support recruitment efforts of direct, indirect and salaried positions.
• Support and follow up on labor relations actions and plans.
• Coordinate employee services (i.e.: transportation and cafeteria).
• Support and maintain the HRIS Systems ensuring accuracy & regulatory alignment.
• Support and help with Government Inspections and Compliance.
• Schedule flexibility to support different working shifts, including weekends or holidays, when needed.
• Support general HR activities as needed.
