HR Generalist: Onboarding, Payroll & People Ops (UAE)

Confidential is seeking an experienced HR professional in Dubai to manage the onboarding and lifecycle of employees. The role requires a strong understanding of UAE labour laws and effective handling of employee queries, grievances, and policy implementation.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and at least 3 years of experience in HR roles. Certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus.
