We’re partnering with a growing manufacturing organization seeking an energetic and driven HR Generalist to join their onsite team. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, this role offers hands-on exposure to all facets of HR within a large, fast-paced facility, along with real opportunities for long-term growth and advancement across the organization. This is a highly visible role where you’ll play a key part in supporting day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, and plant initiatives while building your experience alongside an established HR leadership team. The ideal candidate will bring experience in areas such as employee relations, payroll, talent acquisition/recruiting, or benefits administration.
