Our client in the nonprofit space is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support a wide range of human resources functions. This role will assist with employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, recruiting support, and HR operations while helping foster a mission-driven and collaborative workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities:

+ Support day-to-day human resources operations and employee relations

+ Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and new hire documentation

+ Administer employee records, HRIS updates, and personnel file maintenance

+ Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee inquiries

+ Support recruiting efforts, interview scheduling, and hiring coordination
