We are looking for an HR Generalist to support employees and leaders across a multi-state workforce in Maryland. This Long-term Contract position will focus on delivering dependable HR operations, maintaining compliance, and creating a smooth employee experience throughout the employment lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings broad HR administration experience, strong judgment, and the ability to manage sensitive information with accuracy and professionalism.


Responsibilities:

• Partner with managers and internal stakeholders to provide day-to-day HR support for a workforce of approximately 30 employees across multiple states.

• Coordinate the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding setup, separation processing, required documentation, and timely system updates.
