Job Description
HR Advisor
This role will serve as an agent on the myHR Team in Guadalajara, Mexico using a wide variety of HR topics to respond to Tier 1 questions via cases or chats from HP Inc. employees worldwide.
Responsibilities
Use HR knowledge to resolve HR problems or redirect employees to the correct support group.
Make independent judgement, demonstrate initiative, and manage a busy caseload while working closely with teammates to ensure outstanding service.
Participate in special projects or other tasks as required.
Build knowledge base to effectively answer questions.
Use a customer‐centered approach to delight our users.
Education and Experience
Degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience (customer focused).
Key Skills
Strong written and verbal skills in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
Attention to detail.
