HR Graduate - Talent Acquisition (APAC)

Job Purpose:

The HR Graduate - Talent Acquisition (APAC) supports the delivery of regional Talent Acquisition initiatives across Asia Pacific , contributing to recruitment operations, employer branding, talent sourcing, and recruitment analytics.

Working closely with regional and local Talent Acquisition teams , this role provides exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes , HR technologies, and data-driven hiring practices . The incumbent will assist in driving recruitment excellence through effective stakeholder coordination, process standardization, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
