• Provide comprehensive visa support for global employees, including visa applications, renewals, and compliance with local regulations. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to visa matters.
• Manage the contract archives for all global employees, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and securely stored.
• Maintain and update the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to reflect accurate employee data and records.
• Assist the HRBP in managing the global workforce, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Provide consultation and support on HR-related matters to employees and managers.
