HR Leader, AI & Digital Finance (1-year Contract)

We are looking for an HR leader to build and own the HR function for a dedicated team driving Singapore’s future of financial services development. Working at the intersection of AI and digital finance, you will play a central role in building the people foundation of an initiative that will define Singapore’s financial services landscape for years to come.

This is a role for someone who is both strategic and hands‑on, comfortable with ambiguity, and deeply committed to building a workplace where people can do their best work. The person appointed will report to the Head of the initiative and will establish the HR function from the ground up, assuming full ownership of it as the initiative grows and matures.
