Job Description

The Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs to improve employee performance, skills, and overall development. This role focuses on creating a culture of continuous learning and ensuring that employees have the tools they need to grow within the company while aligning their development with organizational goals.
