A growing international brand within the hospitality industry has recently launched in Australia and is seeing strong early momentum, backed by private equity and clear expansion plans.
With several locations already operating and more openings planned this year, the business is now focused on building out its people capability to support that growth.
This role offers the chance to take ownership of the HR function from an early stage, helping to shape how the business hires, develops and supports its teams as it scales. You’ll play a key part in setting up new locations for success while putting the right foundations in place for the future.
The Role
This is a broad HR role with a strong focus on recruitment, onboarding and day-to-day support for a growing, high-volume workforce.
