Job Description
Black & Grey HR is recruiting on behalf of a leading fit-out contractor for an experienced HR Manager . We’re looking for a hands‑on HR generalist who has led HR in construction / fit‑out / manufacturing, can manage a high‑volume site office workforce, and ensure full HR legal and HSE compliance while supporting business growth.
You will lead the end‑to‑end HR function – talent acquisition, HR operations, employee relations, government relations (PRO), camp management and HSE culture – acting as a strategic HR business partner to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition & onboarding for white‑coloured and blue‑coloured roles.
- Oversee HR operations: payroll administration, HRIS / employee records, attendance and leave management.
