Job Description
An experienced Human Resources Manager to join a leading contractor with strong international presence delivering large-scale projects across the UAE and GCC. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing HR operations, administration, and people strategy across multiple business units.
Requirements- Minimum 5+ years’ experience within the construction space as an HR Manager in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices
- Experience with Oracle HRMS / HRIS systems
- Background in compensation & benefits, employee relations, and performance management
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, CHRP) are an advantage
