Oversee Recruitment process 
Manage HR & Training Department 
Industrial Relations 
HR Policy & Procedures 
Desired Experience & Qualification 5-8 years mining working experience as HR Manager or in a Senior HR position 
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field 
Honours Degree (Advantageous) 
Grade 12 
Valid Driver's License 
Skills Solid understanding of Labour Relations 
Good presentation and computer literacy skills 
Package & Remuneration Market Related
