HR Manager Germany

Summary:Reporting to the VP HR EMEA Commercial, and dotted into the Managing Director of Germany, the role will define the local HR strategy to attract, motivate, reward and retain employees in Germany. The role will manage and execute on generalist HR activities such as partnering with managers on HR topics, driving and providing guidance related to recruitment, employee relations, salary planning, incentive plan’s, policy- and procedure creation/adjustment, HR continuous improvement activities, drive global HR processes, site communication and general administration. The role may also support the Cluster VP with coordination of certain HR activities across the Cluster.
