Candidate oversees all HR functions, ensuring effective talent management, employee relations, and compliance with UAE labor laws.

Accountabilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
• Oversee performance management and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Develop HR policies and procedures.
• Manage payroll coordination and HR reporting.
