Job Overview
Johns Manville is seeking an experienced HR Manager for Canada to lead HR strategy and operations across our manufacturing locations. The role focuses on driving employee engagement, organizational culture, and compliance while partnering closely with plant leadership to align people initiatives with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated HR leader for multiple Canadian manufacturing locations (250+ employees).
- Partner with plant leadership to design and execute people strategies aligned with annual business goals, including performance management, leadership effectiveness, and organizational development.
- Lead talent, culture, and employee relations initiatives—recruitment, succession planning, employee development, and open communication programs.
- Manage complex investigations, resolve employee issues with fairness and professionalism, and maintain positive labor and employee relations.
