Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment: Sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of staff
• Employee relations: Handling grievances, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and employee engagement
• Performance management: Setting KPIs, conducting performance appraisals, and implementing performance improvement plans
• HR compliance: Ensuring adherence to South African labour law , MIBCO, and company policies
