- Manage full recruitment cycle & onboarding
- Handle employee relations, engagement & retention
- Oversee payroll, benefits & compensation
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
- Implement training programs & performance management
- Develop HR policies & workforce planning strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR/Psychology/Business
- 3-5 years HR experience (F&B/Retail preferred)
- Strong knowledge of labor laws & HR best practices
- Excellent communication & organizational skills
- Multi-site experience is a plus
