Raizcorp is recruiting an HR Manager for one of our Partner Elite companies.
Our Partner is a thriving, dynamic accounting practice based in Sandton, with a current staff compliment of approximately 40 employees. The business is growing and is looking for a practical, organised and people-focused individual to take ownership of its day-to-day people function.
This role is well suited to someone who enjoys being hands‑on and involved across the full employee journey — from recruitment and onboarding through to performance support, employee relations, compliance, culture, internal communication and offboarding.
Because our Partner is a small business, this is not a narrow HR role where you only focus on one part of the employee lifecycle. You need to be an experienced generalist.
