Your main responsibilities
Manage, supervise and/or execute all HR processes for Line Managers (direct reports to Business Unit Heads and below) and employees in Switzerland: recruitment, training, development, compensation and benefits, labour relations, personnel administration, internal communication in close alignment with HR Centres of Excellence processes and principles Advise and support managers and employees in HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle, as well as guide managers in leadership issues or difficult/ conflictive situations Identify Business needs and pulse to feed the rest of HR team with these inputs Support, accompany, align and prioritise change processes Actively participate in global HR projects and in the local development and implementation of Global HR processes Support and accompany Alpiq change processes Other HR tasks and needs of the Country and Group
