Job Description
Role Purpose The HR Manager will lead the HR function at GSS Tech Group, overseeing HR team and owning policy, compliance, employee relations, and workforce planning across internal staff and client-deployed resources. This role is UAE-national-mandatory.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and develop HR team. Set objectives, conduct performance reviews, and build capability within the team.
- Compliance & Government Relations (Oversight): Oversee UAE Labour Law, WPS, and Free Zone regulatory compliance; visa and government relations. Own Emiratisation strategy and quota performance. Review and approve visa/labour documentation before submission. Monitor regulatory changes and update internal policy accordingly.
