Job Description
- Handles staff recruitment and selection process. Assists in the preparation of job description, posting ads and managing the hiring process. Sees to it that all manpower requests are covered with duly approved Manpower Requisition forms.
- Assists Immediate Superior develop training and development programs. Assists in the design, execution and actual facilitation of the training session. Conduct training programs through in-house programs or by liaising with third party trainors.
- Assists in developing HR performance programs in building employee competencies and to promote and improve employee effectiveness at work.
- Conducts employee performance appraisal. Recommends to immediate head programs for continuing employee development.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned.
