Safety Culture
- Follow all safety guidelines within the power plant and head office as instructed by the HSE Team, including wearing the required PPE when needed
- Perform the required emergency response actions as needed during any time of emergency
- Attend internal HSE trainings per year, as well as complete any online HSE required courses
Performance Management
- To assist HR Manager in maintaining a performance management system alongside department managers to ensure that department objectives are aligned with company overall objectives.
- To assist in establishing employee KPI’s for all departments and to provide the tools necessary to track KPI’s.
