HR Officer position available in Bellville, Cape Town.

Our professional services client in Bellville, Cape Town, is looking for a HR Officer with 5 year’s experience.

You will deal with HR support, HR Relations and Payroll on SAGE 300.

The HR Officer will support the HR department in implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, payroll SAGE and ensuring compliance with labor laws specific to South Africa.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting the HR Manager with the full Payroll on SAGE 300 (a must have).
• Recruitment and Selection – Assist in the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Ensure compliance with employment equity and other relevant legislation.
