The HR Officer is responsible to support the employees and assists with HR Functions in Lahad Datu.

- Employee Relations: Addressing employee inquiries, providing information on HR policies and procedures.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Facilitate job postings, interviews, onboarding, and welcoming of new employees at Lahad Datu.
- Payroll: Preparation, Documentation and Process.
Job Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in any related field with at least 1year of proven experience in HR.
- Passionate and willing to learn.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of additional foreign language or local dialect is an advantage.
