Job Description
- Prepare and issue HR documents such as Notices to Explain (NTE), Notices of Decision (NOD), memos, contracts, and certifications
- Support the implementation of company policies, rules, and regulations
- Assist in conducting administrative hearings and investigations when necessary
- Handle employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues professionally
- Coordinate training, performance evaluations, and employee development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and government requirements (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in HR or administrative role
- Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws and HR practices
