HR Officer/HR Generalist

Job Description

Leads the HR function end-to-end to ensure the company attracts, develops, engages, and retains the right people while remaining fully compliant with Philippine labor laws and company policies. Partners with leadership on workforce planning, culture, and organizational effectiveness. Manages the HR team and oversees recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, HR operations, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree required
