Job Description
The HR Generalist focuses on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, compensation and benefits, and HR administrative work. This role ensures that HR practices align with company policies and Philippine labor laws, while also fostering a positive workplace culture.
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, candidate interviews, background checks, and job offers.
- Coordinate and conduct onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievance handling.
- Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement activities and morale-boosting programs.
- Assist in resolving workplace conflicts in accordance with company policy and Philippine labor regulations.
