Key Responsibilities

• Compensation and Benefits (C&B): Assist in the design, review, and implementation of compensation and benefits structures aligned with market standards and company strategy.
• Administer payroll inputs, validate payroll changes, and coordinate with Finance/Payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing.
