HR Operation Manager

HR Operations Manager is responsible for leading and managing end-to-end HR operations to ensure efficient, compliant, data-driven, and employee-centric HR services across the organization. This role oversees employee lifecycle management, compensation & benefits administration, workforce cost optimization, HR governance, HRIS, people analytics, employee engagement, and CSR initiatives for both commercial and manufacturing operations.
