HR Operations Lead: Employee Lifecycle & Compliance

Kossan Rubber Industries Bhd. is seeking a proactive Senior Executive for HR Operations in Malaysia. In this role, you will drive operational excellence by managing daily HR functions, employee lifecycle processes, and administrative coordination.

You will be responsible for monitoring employee attendance, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, and supporting employee relations while ensuring compliance with Malaysian labour laws. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field and 3–5 years of HR experience.
