Your new role
As a HR Operations Manager (Payroll), you will take full ownership of end-to-end payroll processing across various regions (Taiwan included) as an individual contributor.
This role is critical in ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
across multiple jurisdictions. In addition to
payroll, you will support HR operational activities, including employee life cycle processes, HR systems.
Maintenance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. This is
a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys working autonomously while
collaborating regionally.
